i heard about that. i wanted to update amx on my server and i realised that the old plugin's .sma is out of date and not compilable. but i have the old "fixed" plugin and it runs. it's still announce when a player have wrong rates. but does it change rates? or it's just keep on trying?

i found a source on the net, don't know how is it possible after Valve's update, but it's still works. it can write to the client's cfg. how is it possible?

(i compiled with AMX 1.8.2 and i got a few errors, but done. tested with 6027 server engine)

That plugin does not work against Steam users
