I have seen a very cheap one on the internet and I want to change the old server to have more than 1 just in case but
how long does it last?
It will work?
And can you install windows server? or normal

Raspberry Pi's cannot run SRCDS. Those use the ARM architecture and SRCDS runs on x86.

If you really, really want to use a microcontroller with x86, an Atomic Pi is a nice alternative, but you are better off renting a Virtual Dedicated Server.
