In CS:GO, we have the following client-side command, which disables colors all-around in a competitive server -

Is there a way to disable from server-side the colors applying to the users when they write in chat, but keeping them for the radar/minimap, as well as the scoreboard?
I've seen FACE-IT to operate like that, but I've yet to find a way to apply that to my server configuration as well.
