With this one I no longer get stuck on loading and the server works but the download is not delayed to saferoom transition. It still happens normally when you join the game, so you get blackscreen when join. The loading stuck problem is gone but the plugin is doing nothing now.

You can check by simply entering "!sm_cleantabledownloadables" in chat and use this to check if the table is empty and if everything goes well you can try replacing the original one with the one I sent earlier
