Hi.. well if anybody knows a free file hosting that supports fast downloads for cs 1.6 (sv_downloadurl) please let me know.. I know the most free web hosting dont support that..

You could try here, here, here, or here. I'm pretty sure free webhosting sites wouldn't like you leeching their bandwidth for your server purposes though.

Create one account on every one and use the unconstant cvars plugin ;)

Damn. When I turn 18 and get paypal, I am gonna start a file server for these people who need the space. (It would be free, but Paypal for donations you know).
