I'm looking for a plugin, for record score I mean that when the partner, no matter if it's TT or CT, kills the same enemy, 1 + score is added to the two and the names of both appear at the top when killing an enemy. I don't know if I explained myself well

You will have to compile it locally. On plugin’s thread you have links to download the includes

It means that you need to compile the plugin on your own computer. It's actually quite simple.
  1. Download AMX Mod X of the same version that your server is running (make sure to download the mod-specific files too)
  2. Unzip them in the way that you normally would for a manual installation except you can really do it anywhere, it doesn't need to be in an actual server
  3. Download and save the custom include files into the "include" folder
  4. Download the plugin files (typically just the .sma) and save them into the "scripting" folder
  5. If you're on Windows, you can drag and drop the .sma file onto the compile.exe file (I think there is also a "compile all" executable; I can't remember, I don't run Windows anymore)
  6. If your plugin compiles successfully, I think it will be output in the "plugins" folder (again, can't remember for sure on Windows)
