So I can join my server when its launched, both local, with the IP(connect IP) and I can search it up in the community servers and join. But when my friends try to join, they get the "connection failed after 30 retries" or something. Does anyone know a simple fix?

.bat code:

srcds -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 -insecure +mapgroup mg_active +map de_mirage +sv_setsteamaccount xxxxxx +exec server.cfg

I've port forwarded port 27015 on my IPv4 address.

please remove your steamtoken D:

if you have done so, delete this token and create a new one and why not just buy a Csgo server? These are not even that expensive per month

Open ports 27015 to 27020 UDP/TCP on your router and firewall.

You can try pinging yourself on a specific port to see if it's open, if closed and you've port forwarded, contact your ISP.

Last time I and another from here forum, try to help someone to get connection to his home made server,
but at the end, we started realize, her internet connection came through private lan,
lan which whole apartment building was connected.
Mission impossible (firewall enabled). Need ask from ISP and pay extra money to get own open IP, or something.

If you log on to your router and it gives you an IP address on the WAN interface that is different from the one you see at e.g. whatismyipaddress.com, then you won't ever be able to open any ports.

Typically, the WAN IP address show an IP address in the area of 100.64.0.0 – 100.127.255.255, when you are behind Carrier Grade NAT. It is however not uncommon for some silly ISP's to provide you with Carrier Grade NAT under any of the classic IP spaces for private networks, e.g.:

10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255

When being behind Carrier Grade NAT and whatismyipaddress.com does not match the IP address of the WAN connection of your router / main device on your network, then you won't be able open any ports (and retrieve incoming connections) for any things such as game servers or other hosting related tasks.

Most cable/DSL/fiber/cellular connections for personal/residential users seem operate this way these days.
