i have a gtx 960 and i want to updgrade processor and more.

will all these parts work together ?

Proc: Intel Core i5-6600K 3,5Ghz Socket 1151

Motherboard: msi z170a gaming m5

Graphic card: Asus gtx geforce 960

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX Red 2x8GB 3200mh ddr4

I think he was talking about that you didnt have a cooler in the list.

You need to see that the cooler matches the socket type.
The point is that you need one, omitted from the list or not, it doesn't come with one.

It will definitely not fit your newer processor.

I suggest getting an aftermarket cooler, it's just better than any stock one in so many ways. If your case can fit it, I reccomend the Hyper 212 EVO as one of the best CPU fans out there. There may be a new one out, I'm not sure but this is the most reliable one. But remember, only get this if your case can support the size of it.
