pl2003: By your spectator bug, do you mean that happens if you join spectator team, or sometimes it is forcing players as a spectator?

Only occured once to me since the update. It happened after I joined spectator.

You should add voting for GG in the first two rounds.

1.A new map starts
2.Voting for gg_enabled starts
3.Its round #2, voting ends, sv_restartround 1
