Hello , I was trying to open some ports so I could let steam do some stuff. I know what I'm doing , I did it before and allowed steam to access the intenet so I could play certain things. I did this - Start > Run > Ipconfig. I see the menu but it closes before I can even blink. Last time I had steam installed I opened this window successfuly , don't know why it isn't letting me in now , well if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Nevermind sorry I fixed it , Just restarted comp and ran it again
