lets put this to rest i've been Running a Steam Server since its beta First Came Out you need to DL the Sound Files or the Sound pack """Witch in my mind should come with AMX /or any other AMX bulid but they never did ((GO Figure)) ...now i'll look for the link to DL the Wav's ..... also you need them in a .res file for each map .... dosent meanthat they will be downloaded every map change ...... because the Client dosent have the files automatliy .. now if you have a WEB SITE with some extra space i would recomend using sv_downloadurl
