Nope, you must add everytime the url ^^ so its not the same!

Dude, you haven't read the thread complete. Yes, AdvCommands has this feature, but you have to add the URL by yourself.

My Plugin has got a .cfg where the URL is given. So you have just to type !popup <name> and it popups. ;)

I see the difference now although I would personally prefer a version where you can send them any URL. I like the plugin concept but maybe make it so that if there is no third argument it opens the URL in the cfg, but otherwise just opens the third argument?

Examples:
sm_popup charisma // would open URL from cfg
sm_popup charisma alliedmods.net // would open alliedmods.net

Yes, if there's no URL provided it would work like it does now, but if there is a URL it should take you there.

Why do you want this?

Did you read the changelogs? You can also use !popup <playername> <url> now. Or if you want to let popup the URL that is given in the .cfg-File, so you just have to type !popup <playername>.

You don't need specific SteamID MOTD's anymore, because there is the option !popup <playername> <url>.
