Civilian Class Fixer
Fixes any currently known exploits to become a "civilian".

Commands and CVars:
None! Just run the plugin and it will do it's job.
It also logs any player's attempts to become a civilian.

Requirements:
None, although the plugin is friendly with the SDKHooks extension, which I recommend you use with this plugin.

Requesting unapproval as the bug was fixed by Valve during the Pyro update.

This version fixes another glitch with the Heavy class that allows the same type of bug.

Requesting Approval until Valve takes the case again.

I would install this but everytime you post a new plugin for a bug fix Valve patches it in less than a week lol. I guess it gives them inspiration.

I can confirm this works to block the civilian/katana exploit that all the facepunch kids are using to crash servers with.
