What happens when you type "play ragequit/ragequit.mp3" into your client console? Does it play the sound? Also the cvar shouldn't have "sound/" at the beginning of it.

The only thing I can think of would be that you don't have the sound file on your server.

has left in rage, but there's noone here to care about it.

Add h letter pls
Add also and rage-counter per nick plox but store them in two variants - database and rage-counter.txt
Add and an options for disabling sound and chat notification

In console I get this error message..

Failed to load sound "\ragequit\ragequit.mp3" - path to the sound file to play (relative to the "sound" folder)", file probably missing from disk/repository

And I have the sound in the proper path.. of sound\ragequit\ragequit.mp3 on my game and on the server. Also on the fast download server.

to
"ragequit\ragequit.mp3

preceding slash makes the game thing "sound\\ragequit\ragequit.mp3", which is obviously wrong.

You can change this in the translation file. I've updated the main post with the fixed translation file however.

Here's the way it's sent in the server.cfg file

sm_ragequit_sound "ragequit/ragequit.mp3" - Path to the sound file to play (relative to the "sound" folder)

as you can see there is no beginning slash.
