Went through and fixed one or two strings in the language file that were conflicting w/ base AMXX language string calls.

Whenever MAP_NOT_FOUND or ALREADY_VOTING would be called by UAIO an error would throw in either admincmd or adminvote. I'll run through the complete list of ML strings later on this week (im a little drunk currently), but these were the two that stood out. I prefixed the new ML strings with UAIO_ and the string name (i.e. UAIO_MAP_NOT_FOUND, etc...)

The three updated files are attached, two .inc files + the ML file.

Found Another Bug...Here are the updated files again...

Put the actions_vote in the scripting/uaio_inc folder and the other file in data/lang
