If you are alive when the round end (and this plugin is on) you wont respawn (moved back to your spawn point, health set to 100), instead you will get some health ((current health + 100) / 2) and some bonus money (500, defined on line 6). You will also get some ammo.
I recommend that you install a spawn protection plugin on your server if you are using this plugin.
Turn it on and off using the cvar amx_survivor 1/0.

You will need AMX Mod X 1.80+ or the Ham Sandwich module for this plugin to work.

Exactly. But if youre damaged youll have lower health than the others.
