Hi. Some suggestions :

- Please, fix your indentation. Either use spaces either tabs, but not both at the same time. The result is quite a mess now.
- hamUse() : You check 2 times 'ct_target', do it one time. In the for(), try to not reindex. See that.
- new_round_start() : use arrayset(). Also no need to return something.
- Using ML ?
