Custom Horns

Here is a simple plugin that adds 4 Horns to the engine.

Use the binding keys of your choice to +horn1, +horn2, +horn3 or +horn4

You must add sounds that are in the links
( add horn/*.wav in hlrally/sound )

instead of
#include <amxmod>

Then someone will probably approve this

the compiled file will probably work under amx...

however it will only be approved if you use amxmodx.inc
why not make a amxmodx and a amxmod version?
