[Twilight Suzuka]

Port of Scarzzurs bullet time, using fakemeta and such.

Apparently, it replaces bullets with entities, then tracks them, and when they hit people, they do damage.

Since I made this more or less mod independent, and more or less on a train, it only has a certain range of fire rate and damage, but thats ok.

To add: Slowing down players and such.
