Description : When enter in the water,you're screen starts to shake like in real life when you enter in cold water ! If you stay for more than x seconds (cvar), then the hipothermia efects are enabled

Cvars :
waterfreeze_plugin 1/0 -- enable/disable plugin (default 1)
waterfreeze_ht 1/0 -- enable/disabled hipothermina efect (default 1)
waterfreeze_ht_time -- number of seconds you must stay in water to start health decreasing (default 5)
waterfreeze_ht_interval -- interval in seconds for hp decreasing (default 5)
waterfreeze_ht_ammount -- hp decreased (default 3)
waterfreeze_speed -- maxspeed for player that is in water (default 200)
280 - normal speed
waterfreeze_ht_trail 1/0 -- enable/disable player trail while decreasing hp

I saw this plugin for cs-utils.net
As a whole not bad, me to like realness.
But to freeze the time is necessary, and to be warmed too.

suggestion add cvar that if someone walk into water he will be slower than regular speed. =)
