It just stops,powering off the router and powering it on again will just fix it for 20 seconds.
Any Choice?

It looks like it disconnects only when downloading.Driver problem maybe?

Drivers for what? Your NIC? The router? The modem?

If the problem is with the modem/router/gateway, then it's not a driver problem, as that makes no sense.

It it's a problem with your computer's NIC, then I doubt your ISP is going to be able to help you.

Do other computers on your network also experience these outages?

Try to make a looped task which restarts your router each 20 seconds.

Sorry,It's a modem I said router before.
It has 5 lights in it.
a)Power-It stays on
b)Receive-It stays on
c)Send-It stays on
d)Online-It stays on
e)PC/Activity-Normally it flashes a lot,when internet stops it just stays in place so I think its PC problem.

@ddhoward,yes they also disconnect(other computers).

It was fine two days ago.
I try to download from sourceforge but it just disconnects.
