lately my server have been lagging bad!!! and idunno wats the reason

can anyone tell me?

I get this alot, I lose virtual memory when i run my server up too long, it causes WAAAAAAYYY major lag.

i would close mostly all the things you most likely dont need, [I.E: Yahoo.. Folders.. chat Windows.. Music/movies] And see if that helps.

i keep my server up 24/7 does that cost the lag?

and i have another question!
since when i type bind f amxmodx doesnt work how can i restrict weapons?

well there isn't a comand named amxmodx ( maby u mean amxmodmenu ) restrict weapons with amx_resmenu ( i think )

ya ive tryed amxmodmenu 2 and it doesnt work! and i keep receiving that pop up for sending errors and it closes ma server and dunno y!!

nightmare, did you do those links i gave you like a month ago. If your server laggs after those, get a better computer or a better connection.
