Listening to a UDP port constantly?

I want my hlds to listen to a port constantly. And recoive udp message, can anyone think of a way to do this with the socket module?

Well, i kinda have a way... only thing is i need somekind of ip. I mean like if you had like 50 ips i could do it. I don't think socekt will listen for a port. Looks like a full ip and port only.
