Bad Load plugin error

I want to run the plugin "remember the names" but after I installed it I went to the console in my hlds and typed in amx_plugins. It said UNKNOWN and BAD LOAD. Can anyone help me? I compiled it using the website compiler and put the files where they were supposed to go. I am running AMX-X 1.75a. Please advise.

Ok forget I even posted this question. I found the 16-page strong of questions about this plugin and obvioulsy, JGHG hasn't made any upgrades to the plugin. Oh well. Somebody send me a message when this plugin can run stable on AMXX 1.75a using MySQL. Thanks.
