HLDS linux problem

i created a cs 1.6 linux server
when i start server on putty every thing is ok and server is started there no error
but the ip is still off on cs 1.6 its not responding
any solution?

If you server is on your local area network, can you connect using your local IP address? (typically something like 192.168.x.x)

No it is on VPS france location

Do you remain connected via puTTY the entire time you are doing this? If no, the process might be killed when you exit puTTY.

YES i remained connected to putty
and i also screen so if i would exit putty it should work..

Hmm can you just give us the command you have to launch the server? I wonder if you specified ip+port and map to launch.

It is a good start. And @Paracha, read carefully this entire thread: No error, the server process is running, but the client does not find the server
