I have one more suggestion.

When you press M (chooseteam) menu with following options opens:
1. Ready/Not ready
2. Choose team
3. Commands (.help)
4. Admin commands (!help) (also, maybe visible only for admins)

This would extremely helpful for new players who are not familiar with server. What do you thing about that?

Man the best way is a simple .ready command nothing more xD
I am trying a lot to avoid menus because can be replaced with buy menus, radio menus, team menus etc.

&&

You can use custom menus from Amx Mod X to make something like this.

Can you explain more about statistics?

ADR - what's that?
HSP - it's something about headshots?
SKILL - how is this calculated?

ADR - average damage per round
HSP - headshot percent (bullets/hs)
SKILL = (eff + acc ) / 2

I remembered an important thing!
Without which no real PUGMOD = PUGMOD)
This voice and chat communication!

When you're dead, you can give Info
And the living will be its hear/read

(On a warmup\knife all hear and read (sv_alltalk 1) \ On LIVE only teammates (sv_alltalk 0) )

I did it long ago on my server using two plugins Voice Manager and All Chat
But lost the source code ((((

The original PugMod do not have this, but CSGO has.

Even if original PugMod does not have these features, maybe it would be wise to add it to your pugmod? Of course with convars to enable/disable them. I would like that kind of update.

Yes i can do it, and i have update it today with new readme.md and structures to install the files in a server.
