Are you meaning you want a normal gameplay but when you die, you stay dead untill the round starts over?

Maybe you can delete the contence of your *.spawns.cfg file(s) of the map(s) in addons\amxmodx\configs\csdm
So maybe that'll force CSDM to use the default spawns.

Use the Spawn_Editor, it will automatically create spawn points, and save them to map.spawns.cfg as you create them.
