I-red or infrared is a device what allows to see through walls and makes all hot devices to appear brighter in the dark. Like in this random image from google.

plugins_by_numb system is something what I done what will not flood chat and will give players ability to see what game-play plugin modifications done by me are installed on the server by typing /plugins_by_numb in chat. However meanwhile only this plugin supports my system, but later I am planing to update others plugins what modify game-play and are hard to notice.
