Here you go. The attached file should do exactly as you like.

* CVars:
* sm_teammoney_enable - Enables\Disables the TeamMoney plugin.
* - 0 = Disabled
* - 1 = Enabled (default)

The new version should fix that error. Does the plugin work fine aside from that error coming up?
