    DESCRIPTION:

    I was thinking about realizing more features for DoD:S, and I totally forgot about voice commands and events.
    So this plugins forces voice commands on players eventually when player spawns, attacks with a weapon, captures point and more.

    CONVARS:
    • dod_voice_communications - Whether or not enable Voice Communications.
    • dod_vc_chance_spawn - Max chance bounds to voice command on every respawn. 1 means always use command.
    • dod_vc_chance_hurt - Max chance bounds to voice command when player is hurt for more than 80 health.
    • dod_vc_chance_attack - Max chance bounds to voice command on grenade/smoke throwing and a rocket shot
    • dod_vc_chance_capture - Max chance bounds to voice command on point capture.
    • dod_vc_chance_capture_block - Max chance bounds to voice command on capture block.
    • dod_vc_chance_bomb_plant - Max chance bounds to voice command on bomb plant.
    • dod_vc_chance_bomb_defuse - Max chance bounds to voice command on bomb defuse.
    • dod_vc_chance_roundwin - Max chance bounds to voice command when round over.

    NOTES:
    • Plugin generates a config (cfg/sourcemod/dod_voicecomms.cfg)
    • Value 1 will use voice commands all the times, value 2 is maximum random seed, and command will be used in ~50% of cases.
    • Plugin will also emit voice commands of team members or enemy players when (for example, capture/block) event is fired.
    Plugin will use proper voice commands on separate events (like "Cover Flanks" when point is captured, "Go go go" when player spawns, "Medic" when player is weak and much more!).
    Special thanks to SMAC team for proper MT_GetRandomInt function

    Will this interfer with DOD-Team Manager Source's ability to block Voice Commands?

    dunno if this a problem but it creates a dod_voicecomms.cfg.cfg

    I did not configure it right now, but it makes fun ^^

    Some are complaining, that the saysounds are to much, that brought me to an idea:
    Its just one word: Clientprefs ^^

    You can increase 'chance bounds' to use voice commands way less to avoid spamming.
    Anyway that's a good idea about clientprefs thing... I will also fix this bug in next release!
