Hello everyone At the moment I was wondering about creating a plugin or addon for CS:GO. There is an eBot plugin for CS:GO. This plugin is simply placed in the "addons" folder, in 3 files "CSay.dll ", "CSay.so ", "csay.vdf". The question is how to create a similar plugin without using sourcemode? Perhaps someone knows and will tell?

P.S This plugin essentially only adds the highlighting of inscriptions on the server and the appearance of inscriptions without the signature "condole : eBot ...", but simply "eBot ...". Thank you in advance!
