I just saw a very cool weapon model in some plugin, is there any way to export the mdl file from the smx of this pluggin?

Model files aren't embedded in the plugin binary, but provided along with the plugin. Find the plugin download, and you'll probably get the model too. Unless the server owner replaced models with its own models.

If you're talking about the model filename, you'll just need to look at the plugin's source or config files.
