i was playing cs:go and a admin banned me for no reason... and the owner knows about it but dont know the command for unban and the command unban doesnt work... please help!!!!!! the plugin is SourceMod!

removeid Remove a user ID from the ban list.
removeip Remove an IP address from the ban list.
