Adminchat is a way to communicate between admins without opening console.

Description
Now you can chat among admins using chat trigger $ or ;

Features
Color messaging available.
Now you can tell other messages from admins. Colored chat shows what team an admin belongs to.
No console needed
Do not waste your time on pressing ` (~) - to open console to write sm_chat thinking how fast would go, cause enemies are almost here ready to headshot

Cvars
sm_adminchat_mode "1" - Non-admin players can / cannot use chat trigger to send messages to admins.
sm_adminchat_colorized "1" - Colorized chat - helps much to distinguish admin messages from normal ones.
sm_adminchat_version - Version of the plugin. Be uptodate!

Installation
Put the plugin (adminchat.smx) into your addons/sourcemod/plugins folder.
Restart the server and if you want configure your cfg/sourcemod/adminchat.cfg.

Dependencies
Colors.inc in include dir is required to compile.

To elaborate on this:

Putting an @ at the beginning of a 'say' message will print chat as an admin to everybody.
Putting an @ at the beginning of a 'say_team' message will print chat to the admins on the server.

As you can see, the functionality already exists in SM. The only thing your plugin really changes is that it adds colors to the mix.

Our admins have always just used /chat message also to talk to each other.

Well, you could modify the plugin so that it allows premium or donators to talk between each other, there's an idea to make this plugin useful.

I do not believe this plugin is original enough for approval. Please add features that make it in some way different from the base admin chat and color chat provided by another plugin.

He should go with my idea and make it a Premium/Donator only plugin, might get some attention. :]

There was a private voice chat plugin around here somewhere. Really cool stuff.
