Sorry if there is already a plugin made but i could not find it anywhere..
I would like a plugin that allows players to hear a custom mp3 file when they join my server if this is possible?
I am running :

Mani v1.2vb
metamod sourcev1.8.4v
eventscripts v2.1.1
sourcemod v1.3.6

The Cannounce plugin has a cvar that can choose a sound to play when a player joins the server
