don't think so.
you'll have to install everything manually (if you haven't configured it during the installation).

I have some problems when some of my friends press servers on amxbans it shows Windows and for some it show Linux what could be the error?

The OS that I use for my game hosting company for HLDS and SRCDS servers is Debian. As for the vertrigo alternative is XAMPP here is the link

Linux is most stable os for servers you shoud know that. Windows is friendly operation system for dailly work with programs for it.

Linux would not necessary change the ping, but it would make your server much stabler. You can also have a bit more control over things. Its a big learning experience though, so getting a bit of linux knowledge before making the switch is good
