    Description
    This plugin makes the Intel carrier glow in a L4D(2) style.

    intelglow_version - Plugin Version
    intelglow_enable - Enable or disable the plugin

    Notes
    The glow color is based off health just like L4D. Both teams can see both carriers.

    Limitations of the game does not allow the Intel its self to glow nor to change the glow color. Any suggestions or ideas on how to change the glow color would be appreciated.
