Help! How do I add an extra item into zombie plague?

Ive put the amx item into plugin folder and add its name to plugins.ini but it wont show up! Pls help!

I mean, all zp plugins wont work like zp_bank, zp_bazooka etc. :s

Can you make no buy for this,all have this. As a zombie is hit buy knife it becomes human in 3s. Please.

I don't know who would this be supposed to work... but it doesn't it just changes the model of the knife but the weapon just behaves like a normal knife and nothing more.
