04-09-2020 , 17:02 Server Connection problem.

Hy! I have a problem with my csgo server. 2 people (lets say brothers) using the same network , only one can join the server.
The other one when he is trying to connect to the server he receive this error

Connection failed after 30 retries

And vice versa. Anyone knows why?
