The detours are not setup properly. The signatures themselves are fine.

Here's my version that works and has everything setup properly. I tested it on both Windows and Linux with the "z_spawn_old" command.

- Added an "AskPluginLoad2" check to make the plugin exclusive to L4D2. (This can be edited later on.)
- Modified prototype for detour callbacks.
