Okay so i changed the logic a bit and tested it. Seems to work fine but i need you to test it without your pre/post.cfgs. Hopefully it fixes your issue.

Also i don't know if you admin is confused or not but there is also another covar (sm_eb_roundend) which will enable explosive bullets on round end (E.G C4 detonated, etc) just like the warmup round. (If you don't want that you can set it to 0)
You can leave it enabled, just wanted to make sure your admin wasn't confused with explosive bullets being enabled during end round to the regular round.

I'm getting this with both the previous and latest version.

KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got EOF instead of keyname in file addons/sourcemod/configs/explosivebullets_guns.cfg

Updated to SM build 6025 to fix some issues on my server, but now this plugin won't work anymore :C

This could be cool as a "upgrade" for RPG, where you get a chance to shoot an explosive bullet that deals more damage.

sm_eb <playername> 0 command doesn't do it's job. All it does is printing out a message confirming that explosive bullets have been removed but in reality, this isn't the case. Tested only on myself so far (server admin)
