What exactly does SteamWorks_IsLoaded() do?

I figure I probably don't need it prior to doing SteamWorks_SetGameDescription, but I wanted to make sure.

Someone should take the latest copies of the extension and compile it against the latest copy of Sourcemod. I'm not sure how to do it and I need access to some of the natives functions in the latest which isn't compiled.

Look at its API, it has some comments and its names of functions and natives are decribes themselves.
Willing somebody add description of extension natives? AFAIK SteamTools hasnt these, and it was painful to understand what some things means...
