So, loading this plugin and other plugins using "FindEntityByClassname" at the same time, it worked.
That plugin is written "#include <sdktools>".
I tried to compile after rewriting the fourth line of your plugin as follows.

#include <sdktools_functions> --> #include <sdktools>

Then, it worked normally without any other plug-in. Perhaps, if other plugins have "#include <sdktools>", this plugin works normally, but there is a possibility that this plugin will not work properly with this plugin alone.
