I am looking for a plugin that doesn't let anyone that doesn't have the ball kill somebody else...

I've downloaded SoccerJam now..I've put the files inside the correct places and that..but when i start it, soccerjam and cs goes of..Counter-Strike shuts down and have a problem, it says...anyway..so I copied a mdl-file and changed the name to chick.mdl, since the model was missing..and Counter Strike works..but when i starts the map, everything goes wrong..i type the commands but don't know how much i shall have on each command and that...so when i reached the goal and shoots, the ball fly all way back to the middle of the map..and the monsters kill me so cs shuts down and have a problem again!!!! Does anyone have the right chick.mdl and commands to type in Soccerjam? the default commands don't work for me..because i'm a noob..so plz..HELP ME!!! and if u got links..give me..anything!!!

I have a suggestion:
In normal soccer, u may push only the man with the ball.
In Soccer Jam u may knive any1. So, in leagues/tournaments there is the rule: "You may knive only the man with ball or anyone in your penalty area (where monsters can attack them). Else kick/ban." But in most servers people dont know that rules, it makes game boring. Maybe you can add this into your addons (godmode for any1 without ball and not in penalty area). With cvar to on/off if needed.

UPD: Yes, and 2nd suggestion:
Please replace "Terr" with "T" in sma file (line 97). IMHO, it looks better ("T vs CT" > "Terr vs CT"). Also, it is better for translators (T&CT is universal, while "Terr" is actual only for [EN] and some other langs).
BTW, i made [RU] translation for soccerjam. I will upload it here after some bugfixing. Please dont upload new version before letting me to update trastration (if there are changed dics). You can contact me via ICQ#323216 or Jabber [email protected] (or PM here).

UPD2: Yea, and the last suggestion
Why not to make ingame messages with info for newbs (like "Press 'Use' (E) to kick the ball", "Play pass", "Ball's traectory also depends on angle of crosshair" etc)?
