We often implement changes on our servers and have a lot of discussion about them. Was it the right choice or should we try a different setting. The main question is "What does our community think of this change?"

It's hard to get a good insight into what most people's opinion is about some changes so i was thinking it would be nice to have a survey plugin. I'm simply amazed something like this doesn't exist yet.

The idea is that a server admin could setup a vote that will be shown to all players on the server that pops up after a certain connect time or immediately when they enter the server (cvar).

A question could be:

What do you think the class limit on snipers should be?

a.1
b.2
c.3
d.no limit

This could be done by a simple sm_vote function.
Only then the answers should be collected into a MySQL database together with a simple php script that creates some graphs on a HTML page.

Wouldn't this be a great asset?

I'm also thinking about 'open answers'. Something like:

What do you think should be improved on this server?

Fill out your answer here: ................... (text box)

I guess this would be harder to make but i don't know. I'm not a plugin developer. I hope someone can pick this up.
