in the next update, 0.7n4 i spose it will b, could u make the admin_votemap and admin_votekick available to public people as an option plz

also, shortcuts for tsay and chat would b cool, u know like in AMX where u just do normal say or team say with an @ b4 wot u wanna say

oo oo and a nextmap thing would b good, cos atm u cant even get a map list to work it out urself!

also the ability to change the server time and change the delay time (ya know like in the begining of the round)

I don't know if it's possible, but give the ability for the user to enter commands via the text chat. For example, in game hit "y", then enter a command like "/timeleft". All commands could be prefixed with a slash to avoid conflicts with normal chat.
