Try changing sm_hosties_lr_s4s_dblsht_action to 0 and then try the LR Shot4Shot and also try Mag4Mag and what happens in Mag4Mag. We just changed this a couple months ago for CS:GO and I'm not sure what CS:GO devs changed to make it break yet again. Maybe I'll add EntRefs when I get back and see if that fixes it.

toxiic5760, if M4M works then and S4S does not then it looks like you're definitely on the wrong version. The checks for M4M and S4S are the same after the bug fix in the latest version, so I'm really puzzled how you're only having issues with one of the two on the latest version. How did you obtain and compile the latest version?

I use the .smx in your link at the second post, before install this version I reinstall all the server. I don't understand too :s

There is no SMX included on the GitHub. You have to compile the SMX. See these instructions:
