2. Rage: Turns invisible for 30 seconds. Uncloaks when he makes a kill, regardless of how long he has been cloaked.
3. On spawn: He is faster than normal bosses until he makes a kill.

As for #3, it's not possible
And I knew #1 was possible, it's default abilities, I was referring to the other 2

Oh, hmm, good point with the attack thing on #2... completely cloaking a boss while allowing them to attack should work with the fade ability from powerlord_abilities, but it doesn't undo it on attack.
