unrestrict auto buy

my autobuy is restricted and I can't unrestrict it. Does anyone have any ideas.
I have no weapons restricted, and when someone on the server tries to use autobuy it says this item is restricted.

if you have no weapon restrictions, then disable restmenu.

how do you do that. It might not work though, unless it is disabled though the restmenu, but it doesn't let me undisable it.

just comment (put a semi colon ; ) in front of restmenu.amxx in plugins.ini
