Balance occurs at the end of the rounds. Players can attempt to unbalance but they will get switched back. To avoid constant switching, make sure players are using the !guard command so it will block team switches.

Hmm, version 3.0.8 is not a valid version. Perhaps someone edited the plugin on their own and increased the version. Where have you seen this?

databomb, I was wondering how you can fix people being put into CT by waiting X amount of seconds to be autobalanced. That is they join and don't select a team and after the countdown reaches 0, they are put into T. Is there a cvar to do this? I'm aware you can just force everyone onto T and make them use !guard but I'd like to be able to let people join CT from the join menu right away.
